Ariane Benefit, M.S.Ed. has helped hundreds of people release the physical clutter and emotional stress that keeps them from living with clear intention and purpose. Her mission is to inspire and empower people to simplify, clear clutter, resolve their inner conflicts and get organized enough to realize their true potential!
Ariane founded Neat & Simple in 2005 to put her 25 years of experience as a corporate learning, performance development and change management specialist to use helping individuals and families triumph over chronic disorganization that is undermining their quality of life.
As a Professional Organizer and Organizing Coach working with individuals on a deeper level, Ariane is able to do what she loves and fulfill her mission to empower people to live their lives as they choose - not as slaves to their stuff.
Ariane's commitment to the field of chronic disorganization is fueled by her own life experience. She was not “born” organized. In fact, in 2007 she was diagnosed with Adult ADD and finally understood why becoming organized had been such a painful lifelong struggle for her. She is living proof that you can realize your potential, accept yourself, and have a life that "fits" you. You just need keep the possibility alive that you are "good enough" and "worthy" of true inner peace.
Having grown up in an extremely cluttered and home, she was quite a packrat herself. Moving frequently during her career, she had to learn the hard way to overcome the need to keep everything. Being the first and only person in her family to go to college, she also learned early on how important it is to organize yourself in order to achieve your dreams and goals.
In 1993, she launched her own consulting firm “Bridges to Performance” and has been the master of her destiny ever since. Facilitating people to take charge of their lives and get the results they want is her passion and purpose in life.
Throughout her career Ariane has been known for finding creative, practical and efficient solutions to problems. She was an executive with Arthur Andersen and has provided consulting services to UPS, Avaya, Lucent, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch, Prudential, Ryder, GE Aerospace, PBS and others. She has designed, developed and managed hundreds of projects with budgets ranging from hundreds to millions of dollars. She has coached and led teams of 2-25 people to successfully accomplish goals.
Ariane is deeply committed to continuous learning. A specialist in Chronic Disorganization and ADD, she has trained with the organizing industry’s premier organizer-coach, Denslow Brown and is a graduate of Denslow’s Coach Approach for Organizers. She is currently enrolled in the intensive CPO-CD program offered by the NSGCD and will graduate in 2009.
Ariane has been a featured speaker at several national ISPI conferences. She has authored hundreds of self-paced instructional books, videos, and web-based e-learning programs. Her work has been published in professional journals.
Ariane holds a Master's Degree in Education (Instructional Design for Organizational Training) with a minor in Business from the University of Miami, FL. She has a Bachelor's in Spanish, speaks Spanish fluently, and holds certifications in Process Facilitation, Management Development, and Accelerated Learning.
She is a member of the NSGCD, Attention Deficit Disorder Association, NAPO and the International Society for Performance Improvement
An avid student of psychology, human nature, technology, Feng Shui, gardening, interior decorating, she currently lives with the love of her life, Alan and three precious Maine Coone cats in her uncluttered dream home in Bloomfield, NJ.

Eileen is a Golden Circle member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and holds a Level 1 certificate member of the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization. Eileen has over 25 years of corporate and residential organizing, redesign and home staging experience. Creating order and beauty from chaos is her passion, and as a mother and business owner, she truly understands the needs of both residential and corporate clients. She offers training for new professional organizers and business coaching for established professional organizers and has written articles about organizing for maximum efficiency for GE Capital, the International Virtual Assistants Association and many other organizations.
